  • Palmo Coconut Milk Powder - 60g 
  • Boiled and peeled Potato (large) - One
  • Cashew - 20g 
  • Big Onion - 1 
  • Ginger - 1 piece 
  • Garlic - 2 
  • Green Chilly - 4 
  • Lemon - half piece 
  • Coconut Oil - for frying 
  • Salt - to taste

Fry chopped onion in coconut oil. Boil sliced potato, cashew, onion, ginger, garlic and salt in three cups of water. Add 200ml of water to Palmo Coconut Milk Powder and a little Coconut oil and boil. Add lemon juice just before removing the pan from stove. Serve hot with Appam, Idiappam, Roti, Chappathi etc.
