  • Palmo Coconut Milk Powder 100g
  • Raw Rice - 750g
  • Tomato - 2
  • Capsicum - 1
  • Turmeric - a pinch
  • Salt - to taste

Clean and wash the rice, soak in water for a little while, drain. Cook rice with 1000ml of thin coconut milk derived from 100g Palmo Coconut Milk Powder and Turmeric. The milk should cover the rice at least by 5 centimetre. Cover the vessel and let it simmer, stirring occasionally until quite cooked. Slice tomato and capsicum, boil separately and add. Place the vessel on the side of the fire to dry the rice and then serve.
