In using the palmo.in shopping service, you are deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions listed below. Shriram Coconut Products reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. We also request the customer to go through refund policies carefully and be aware of them.

We will deliver the Product ordered through us in perfect condition.

We will start to process the order right away once you place the order successfully with us. Delivery will be as specified in the shopping section.

When you opt Cash On Delivery we always try to make a confirmation about the order over phone before delivery. Exact amount of Cash will be collected when the order is delivered. If there is any change of mind or canceling the order during the delivery time will not be accepted.

Every care shall be taken to deliver the goods to the intended recipient. But Shriram Coconut Products shall not be held responsible for any wrong delivery of the product based on the address given by the customer or if any person poses to be the actual recipient and takes delivery of goods.

All prices and availability of products are subject to change without prior notice by palmo.in

Shriram Coconut Products reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price or Out of Stock' status. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment been levied via credit card. In the event the payment has been processed the same shall be credited to your credit card account and duly notified to you by email.

In a credit card transaction, you must use your own credit card. Shriram Coconut Products will not be liable for any credit card fraud. The liability to use a card fraudulently will be on the user and the onus to 'prove otherwise' shall be exclusively on the user.

Any request for cancellations of orders once duly placed on the site, shall not be entertained except according to the terms mentioned elsewhere.

The product/services provided on this site are without warranties of any kind either expressed or implied and disclaims all or any of them to the fullest extent.

The Courts at Madurai shall have exclusive jurisdiction in any proceedings arising out of this agreement.

You can register by providing the information in the form that appears. You can review the terms and conditions, provide your payment mode details and submit the registration information.

Registration is absolutely free.

You can surf and add products to the cart without registration but only registered shoppers will be able to checkout and place orders. Registered members have to be logged in at the time of checking out the cart, they will be prompted to do so if they are not logged in.

Please select the required product, select appropriate quantity and then click the 'Add' button. Selected products will be added into shopping cart. Finally register you billing and shipping details and select payment option to complete your order. We will proceed with your delivery and intimate confirmation of the same to you.

Each email address and contact phone number can only be associated with one account. Every account can be associated with only one delivery address.

You will not be able to make any changes to your order after the cut off time for your selected slot. However, if you do not wish to buy a product you may return it at the time of delivery and the amount will be credited to your account.

Once you have placed your order you will not be able to make modifications on the website. Please contact our customer support team for any modification of order.

You can only order products which are in stock. We try to ensure availability of all products on our website however due to supply chain issues sometimes this is not possible.

The only way you can check the status of your order is by contacting our customer support team.

Delivery and shipping

We have tie ups with major courier firms which ensures timely and accurate delivery to our customers. All the items will be neatly packed after quality check and hand delivered.

You can change your delivery address on our website once you log into your account. Click on "My Account" section to change your delivery address. But you have to do it before our delivery is processed.

There is no minimum order for delivery but we charge a nominal delivery charge of Rs.49 for orders below Rs.500 in value. Delivery is free for orders above Rs. 500.

You will be intimated via SMS and email at every stage of your order processing, right from order confirmation till the dispatch.

The delivery may take anywhere between two days to a week depending on the location and product ordered. In case of a delay, our customer support team will keep you updated about your delivery.

Different products ordered may be delivered on different dates even though it may have been done at the same time in the same shopping cart.

After the delivery we'll send you a confirmation of Delivery by email. It shall contain information on date, time of delivery, name of recipient, return message from the recipient for you, etc.


You can pay for your order using the following modes of payment:

  • a. Cash on delivery
  • b. Credit and debit cards (VISA / Mastercard / American Express)
  • c. Net banking facility
  • But payment cannot be in different modes for the same shopping cart.

Return / Cancellation / Refund Policy

We have a no questions asked return policy. In case you are not satisfied with a product received you can return it to the delivery personnel at time of delivery. But the payment has to be made in full. The amount will be credited to your account via original method of payment within 10-15 working days.

Once opened the items won't be taken back or replaced unless there is a reasonable manufacturing issue.

If the delivery is not executed during first attempt due to incorrect or insufficient address, recipient not at home, address found locked or refusal to accept, the customer shall still be charged for the order. No refunds would be entertained for such items.

You can cancel an order by contacting our customer support team. For canceling your order, you can either call our customer support executive or send an email to mailto@palmo.in and giving the reference of your order number.

In case we receive a cancellation notice and by that time the order has already been processed by us, the order cannot be cancelled. Shriram Coconut Products has complete right to decide whether an order has been processed or not.

 If you mistakenly paid twice for one transaction, one amount will be refunded via the same source within 15 to 20 working days.

About the privacy of your information

We consider your privacy as of the utmost importance. We are in the business of serving you, not selling your information. Your name, address, phone number and credit card information are collected only to fulfill your order.

We may occasionally send emails or SMS to you notifying you of special promotions or significant changes to our web site. If you do not wish to have notifications sent to you, just send us an email with "Do not send me email" as the subject.
